Two Kingdoms

The physical kingdom (this present earth) which will be repaired at the beginning of the 1000 year reign of Christ, will be destroyed (II Pet. 3: 7, Rev. 20: 11). However, the spiritual kingdom (the kingdom of saints) will not be destroyed. Daniel 2: 44 and Luke 1: 33 are referring to a spiritual kingdom when it says, "...shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed:..." and "...of His kingdom there shall be no end.". This present earth will be destroyed (II Pet. 3: 10, 12). Those verses may be referring to the physical kingdom as well, but not in the sense that it will never be destroyed. The New Heaven and the New Earth that God will make will not be destroyed either (Isa. 66: 22).

"In the days of these kings (ten toes, ten kingdoms, ten kings, ten horns) shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom (His Kingdom), [that] shall never be destroyed:...". (Dan. 2: 44)

God is setting up (building) a spiritual kingdom (the Church, the Body of Christ) now. He will set up a physical kingdom (the earth) in the future during the millennium (the 1000 year reign of Christ). The Spiritual kingdom will not be destroyed. The Physical kingdom will be destroyed. A new eternal kingdom will be created, the new Heavens and a new Earth (II Pet. 3: 13, Rev. 21: 1). The New Jerusalem will be there as well (Rev. 21).
