What About Daniel Chapter 2, Verse 40?

There were four kingdoms: Babylon, Media Persia, Greece, and Roman. The Roman Empire was the fourth kingdom.

"And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these..." (Dan. 2: 40)

That would be the territories where those kingdoms were: Babylon, Media Persia, Greece, wherever the Romans went they confiscated the land. The "...all these..." cannot be referring to those 10 kings, 10 horns, 10 nations, for they were not yet in existence. Not only that, but the Roman Empire would have fallen apart and gone out of existence long before those 10 countries would have banned together forming a kingdom in the end times at the end of the Age. That phrase cannot be referring to the first four kingdoms, for Rome did not destroy them. So it has to be referring to the territories where those previous kingdoms were, but in the days of Rome.

"...shall it (Rome) break in pieces and bruise." (Dan. 2: 40)
